    One of the systems that we rely on to save route data to suffered some intermittent failures during the day today and as a result, some routes that were saved today may have lost their data. According to our analysis, we expect the number of routes lost to be very low, but some were indeed lost.

    We sincerely apologize for this. If you saved a route yesterday, please check to see that that the route is viewable. If not, you should delete it from your profile and re-plot.

    Note that this same failure also causes all viewing of routes to be broken for a period of about 1 hour today, and if you tried and failed to view a saved route today, it is probably not lost and it should work now.

    As far as we can tell, our systems are back to their full and normal operations, but we're continuing to closely monitor the situation.
