    Hi

    I have been a committed runner for at least three years now and have never had a problem with my achilles tendon and the heel of my foot before.  However, during the past three months there has been quite a bit of soreness in these areas on my right foot.  I have been stretching loads, and have cut my running down to twice a week so that I can give my feet a rest.  However, these things do not seem to be working.  The soreness isn't getting any worse but it's not going away either.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?  What else can I do to get it to heal as running twice a week isn't really enough for me.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.
