Muskoka Outside: Favourite route/trail anywhere in Muskoka

I'm not much of a runner, but I love to bike and snowshoe.  I like it best when I can find a nice, quiet route or trail, which is not easy during the summer in cottage country.  My favourite road to bike along is Muskoka Beach Road.  Even in the summer there is not too much traffic.  What's our favourite route/trail?
