    Getting back into shape can be a b-i-t-c-h sometimes. Today on a 5K route, I had to cut it short because my knee was bothering me. Its the exact same injury I had in Track at SCSU my first year running there (sprained LCL). Although I do not think this sprain is as severe (or so I am hoping). That one kept me off my feet for 3 months. Lets hope I dont have to wait that long to get back into shape!

    Dude, I hope not for your sake!  It could just be the rigors from running everyday again, and your body adjusting to that specific routine.  Unless of course, you were already running everyday. 

    Like my brother before, Yoda9864, I too am venturing out to the Madison area.  I will continue to check this forum more frequently, seeing as how I am not very experienced in this type of internet protocol yet.  

    Good luck with your knee Toddy.  I too have started to run 4-6 times a week, and noticing notable soreness.  Nothing to be alarmed out though....yet.
