Currently the .csv file exporter only sends some of the workout data columns to the file.  I'd like to see everything - my heart rates, route names, shoes, comments, everything!  Then I'll filter out what I don't want to see when I create my own reports & graphs.

Thanks for the site, it's awesome!

    Totally agree.

Would love to be able to filter by my routes and see my times changing - hopefully dropping!

I can understand why a site like mapmy* might limit data exports, as that might open up the possibility of people taking their data somewhere else.  But I totally agree!  People that enter data into the site should "own" their data, and be able to do whatever they want with it.  That would make the site even MORE valuable, IMHO :)

I just spent over an hour manually copying 4 months of comments and heart rate data out of my training logs so I could create a custom report in Excel. It is making me re-consider adding more data on this site if it is so hard to get it back out.

Can someone please look into this request? It seems easy enough -- and it is our data, after all. Especially if you are not going to improve your reporting capabilities anytime soon, the least you can do is let us get to our data to create our own.

BTW, the proper CSV format contains ONLY data, not units (i.e. "15" instead of "15 miles"), not slashes (not 110/140/180). Put units in the headers, and use seperate columns for min/avg/max.

    Thanks!

+1. This idea is probably more satisfying than creating a new kind of report every time a user requests one.
