National EMS Memorial Bike Ride: Ride logistics, recruiting riders

The National EMS Bike Ride will run from May17-23. I am trying to register as many riders as possible and would love suggestions on other forums which are accessed frequently by riders. The ride is about 600 miles with 2 100 mile days and the rest 65-85. Pretty country. Police escorts through NYC, Philly, DC.

 I am also trying to find a supplier of numbers for the bikes. At one of the Lance Armstrong rides we had hard plastic numbers for the bikes which are much more durable for a 7 day ride.
