Help!: Printing Notes with Mileage Markers

I've found that if I print my route map with notes, I do not get any mileage markers. The short-term fix is to click on notes, copy and paste the notes into a Word file, and then print them. This also allows you to enter the notes without losing them. Currently if you edit the notes on an existing route, or I think chanage any of the points, you lose the notes.

Be great to fix this problem and the inability to edit notes.
