no, i am marathon training for detroit freepress marathon fron runnersworld schedule, weelky averages are about 40 to 50 miles per week.
also on wed and sunday's , i am two a day workouts; run am , then run pm.
i don't count my biking, only put biking as a footnote in run workout details if i biked to the track for 400m repeats or to a race location using cycling as a warmup.
