Help!: Saved route not displaying

    This is so basic, I'm almost ashamed to raise the question: I've entered a walking route around my neighborhood and saved it twice, once to My Profile and once to My Training. Both times I see the title  of the route, with the link and so forth, but the map shows the global view rather than my neighborhood, and if I zoom in to my neighborhood the route isn't there. 

    How do I display the route I've saved and also show up at the neighborhood level of magnification. 

    It is probably obvious to everone, but I don't get it. Any help will be much appreciated.

    Hi Redyder-

    We don't have any known issues with saving and viewing routes at the moment.  Can you send a link to one of the routes you're having a problem with so I can look into this further?

    Ditto for me.

     I see mile markers, but not the route itself.  It used to show up fine.

    I'm able to see everything fine -- try clearing your cache (see our help section on how ...)
