    I have had trouble getting my mileage up. I had one 25 ish mile week but that was when I started to injure myself. I think this week I may get back to 20 or so but I have only been getting 10-15 per week for the last few weeks.

    Thanks for the advice on the calcium. I got a calcium supplement and my bones feel great.

    Let me know how your training is going. I'm getting a little faster. This morning I ran 3.21 miles in 26 min. That just over 8 min miles. I barely did better than that on my last 2 races. I felt good and I even started out slow for the first while.
