Help!: My routes disappeared

    I started entering rides this week.   The rides I saved are listed under my rides but the routes are no longer displayed.   This is in addition to the crashes I've been having & the slow refresh.   What's up

    I've given up.   The Bikely.com website does the same job, is quicker, and I have not had any problems with my PC locking up or routes disappearing.   That's too bad, because this site appeared to have some good features.   However, all good intent is out the window when 30 minutes worth of transfering routes from travel guides to the PC is lost.

     Suggesting that I use firefox as a fix is not a good answer.   It may work better and I know people swear by it, but I've never had any other website tell me that a fix to their problems is for me to start using another browser.

     The two routes that didn't disappear from Map I've already transfered to Bikely.

     You want my suggestion for dealing with the problems that others have mentioned in this forum?   Try Bikely.

    vwrabbit,

    Your routes should be loading fine now -- we're also working on a huge perfomance boost when dealing with longer rides.  This is a known issue for us and we've been working really hard at getting something out the door!
