From Shawnee take K7 South to college and travel east to Ridgeview Road.  Go south (right) on Ridgeview for about 1/2 mile.  The neighborhood is on the right.  You will see a trailhead brown sign marker.  At 114th Street you will turn into the neighborhood and continue on 114th until it deadends.  Turn right and you will see the parking lot for this trailhead on the left.  Coming from KC or Olathe- I-35 to college west turning south at Ridgeview Road...  Meet at 730am.  It should be hot this Saturday, so lets get going early.  Everyone's mileage is starting to become more diverse.  If you are completing more than 8 miles this weekend, let me know.  I would like to see the 1/2 marathoners @ 4 miles and the marathoners @ 8 miles for the beginner calendar and 10 for the advanced.  Let me know if you are having any problems with injuries etc.  I will also be sending over new chapters this week as we begin to move into hotter weather and need to address building strength.  It may be helpful to look at the map in "hybrid view" if you are having trouble with street view.  Make sure you bring enough water (or refill along route) and if you are over 45 minutes, you need a carb source to replenish at the 45 minute mark.  See you soon!  j
