    What Is This Site
    MapMyFitness, LLC is the parent company that includes:

    MapMyRun.com
    MapMyRide.com
    MapMyTri.com
    MapMyHike.com
    MapMyWalk.com
    MapMyFitness.com

    All six sites allow users to plot maps of running/cycling/walking/hiking routes, search for routes locally or globally, keep track of workout activities, set goals, and converse with other users in various discussion forums. You are welcome to visit any of the sites, just use your same username/email address and password to login.


    Did Not Receive Activation Email
    Many Internet Service Providers incorrectly classify activation emails as SPAM and block it at the server level. Click on the login link located in the upper-right corner of the page. Within the Returning User box, click on the link, "I have not received my activation code!" You will receive instructions on how to request your code.


    Activation Fails or Cannot Login
    Often times these issues stem from your Internet settings, so it might help to try the following procedures:

    1. Allow for cookies

    2. Add http://www.mapmyfitness.com to your browser’s Trusted Sites list.

    3. If Internet Explorer, version 6 (IE6) is your current browser, don’t forget to remove the check in the “Require Server Verification” box.

    4. If you have a firewall, you might want to verify that the settings allow access to our site.


    Forgot Password
    To request your password, click on the login link that is located in the upper-right corner of the page. Within the Returning User box click on the link, "I forgot my password." You will receive instructions on how to request your password.


    Updating Profile Information
    If you would like to change any of your personal information (email address, password, username, start location address, miles/km preference, etc.), you can do this by editing your profile.

    1. Login to your account

    2. Click on the My Profile link located at the top of the page

    3. Click on the Edit My Profile link that is located to the right of the Welcome Back message

    4. Select from a list of Profile options


    Opt In or Out of MMF Newsletter and Gear Deals
    To change your preference for receiving our monthly newsletter and gear deals emails, you will need to edit your profile.

    1. Login to your account

    2. Click on the My Profile link located at the top of the page

    3. Click on the Edit My Profile link that is located to the right of the Welcome Back message

    4. Select the Edit your Privacy Preferences option and make your changes


    Delete User Account
    If you wish to remove your MapMyFitness account, you will need to update your profile.

    1. Login to your account

    2. Click on the My Profile link located at the top of the page

    3. Click on the Edit My Profile link that is located to the right of the Welcome Back message

    4. Select the Edit your User Account option and follow the instructions for deleting your account
