Hello and Welcome! 2 of us live in the west valley, in Peoria. The other lives just outside Atlanta, Georgia whom is a good friend of mine. So I guess you could say the we welcome everyone from the east to west.

I was in Boise, ID in May and the route are from when I was there. I ran on the Greenbelt. I truly enjoyed the area.

We will be riding this Sunday, Aug. 3rd. You can join us if you would like. We have an idea of where we want to ride but we are always open to learn of new routes. You can email me at daniel@bodyzenmotion.com. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

By the way, we will be road cycling this Sunday, but we do riding MTB as well. Chat with you soon. Take care.

    Daniel.

I started a group as well just before i found this one, you are more then welcome to see when i'm riding if you would like to join me as well - feel free to check out some of the routes i've put together for self keeping -if you give me your major crossroads i can map a couple routes and save them to Team Zen - i'm pretty familiar with the west side :)

I would like to ride up near lake pleasant. Leaving from our house, we could ride north on 99th until Carefree Hwy. Then continue on the 99th/New River Rd. Have not done this route yet but have been wanting to ride it for a while now. I injured my foot, so for the last few months my mileage has been way down. I am feeling better and am ready to get back on the saddle again. I would be willing to meet you somewhere in the middle if you have a route in mind. You can email me at daniel@bodyzenmotion.com for a more prompt response. I do not always post my rides in the group, but can from this point forward. See you on the road.

I have a pretty good route from my dad's house at 91st and Thunderbird - the ride to lake pleasant is pretty rough, from jomax to carefree highway has no shoulder and there are alot of big trucks pulling boats and toys - an even better ride is out to Vistancia - here is the route if you want to look at it... the route can be cut down by just going to the end of Vistancia Blvd and not routing through the neighborhood...

91st and Thunderbird works for me.  That is close we could ride our bikes there to meet you.  My girlfriend rides as well, so when I say we I am usually referring to her and I.  Anyway, what time do you like to ride?  I prefer to go fairly early.  Just let me know.

I usually ride around 5:30 / 6:00 - just to be safe, about how fast do you average over 35 miles?  i only ride about 18mph average on this route - does that work? i guess the next question would be, when should we meet up - any particular weekday work goood?

Good that is early, that works for me.  By myself over 35 miles I could average 18, but not really fast right now, as I have been off my bike for a bit with an injured foot.  I road easy yesterday and averaged about 16 mph without any issues.  My average heart rate was only 130 so it was rather easy.  Anywhere between 16 - 18 works for me.
