Find it's easier to run with others and love running the NW area - Hedgepeth, Paseo, Arrowhead, Anthem....

No pressure, no expectations except for showing up and just trying your best. On days my best is strictly walking, other times I can pick it up and run a few. Listen to your body and let's have fun!
