description: This run traverses many trails in Sartell. I have had to make modifications to the original route since with all of the development in the area, it started going through people's yards. This is a great fun run through a lot of woods and trails. Look out for twisted ankles, however.

The route also runs through the Sartell Disc Golf course in Northside Park, so beware of flying discs.

description: A run from parent's house to the Holiday Station on Pinecone and 7th (a.k.a. Little Dukes). Good run to practice pacing on as the 1 and 2 mile markers are exactly on the corner of Pinecone and 12th.

However, country mile haters beware! You will get two of them on this route (miles 1 and 3).

description: Country mile haters beware! This may be the most worst 6 mile run ever. Name for the graveyard you pass around mile 3, this run is on high traffic roads with little or no shoulder to run on.

description: This route starts from the back of the High School in Sartell. It's a fun route that is mostly on sidewalk with some dirt trail. It is scenic over the bridge which sits right in the middle of the run. Although not quite 5 miles, it is easy to tag on an extra .3 somewhere. One of my personal favorites!

description: Exactly 5 miles from my parents house to the Shell Station (a.k.a. Texaco) and back. Very good for pacing. On the walking path for 3 miles of the 5. Trees along path will give some shade during the summer.

description: This run is pretty sweet. It used to be our old "long" run for cross country. It's a long run, but with the sidewalks and where it goes, it's pretty low traffic right through Sartell and some of Sauk Rapids. The only part that you may question is mile 5 through 7. It just a trail that follows the railroad track; you can't miss it. The water stop is a water spicket on the front of the apartment building where the stop is. Plenty of shade for the majority of the route, and pretty flat overall too. A great run!

description: This run starts at the Sartell High School's soccer fields at the top of the 7th St. hill. Overall a very nice route with little traffic factor, even though it runs right through Sartell. Slightly rolling roads with a country mile (a mile you can see the end of), and plenty of residencies to admire, this run is fast and will be over with before you know it...unless of course, you're me!
