You have less than 30 days to get in shape for Valentine's Day!  Whether losing weight is a surprise for your existing significant other, or a personal goal that you want to achieve in hopes of snagging a great date for Valentine's Day, this challenge can provide the motivation you need to lose weight.  This flexible challenge allows MapMyFitness.com users to specify how much weight they want to lose by Valentine's Day. 

Members can measure their success against other members.  MapMyFitness.com provides participating members with the site's tools, including a body mass index and calorie calculator, workout logging, and run/walk/hike mapping.  MapMyFitness.com also provides participating members with links to useful weight loss resources on the Web.

I'm not trying to for a New Year's resolution... I just miss running and want to get back into it. I was up to five miles before I slacked off. Looking forward to building back up to that and beyond!
