Other Description
This is the ParFitness course around Tompkins Park. My suggestion (depending on level of fitness) is to jog around it once (warm-up), starting in the "opposite" direction of the ParFit course. Then once you make it around to the corner just after the start of the ParFit course, turn around and start doing each exercise (again at your level of fitness, read instructions on each exercise) then fast-jog/run/sprint between each exercise. Use the distance from the last exercise back to the start (bathrooms) as a short cool-down.
