I lost my wife in 2006 from lung cancer. Since that time I have lived by the axiom of "life is short....do what you want NOW". I am retired and I ride either my road bike or mountain bike every day. I ride with my children and with my grandchildren. Right now I'm in the best shape in my life and loving every minute of it!
