I like to run as a means of staying in shape and getting exercise. I'm working on training better and hoping to get into triathlons. My distances vary depending on the workout day, but are anywhere from 2 to 10 mi and on avg. 3 to 5 mi. If you want to know more about me you'll have to ask.
