Profile

I am a 43 year old ex-competitive swimmer and ex-triathlete. I have gotten away from competition, but just want to get into shape and stay in shape. Unfortunately, life has gotten in the way of my former super-fit state. I am a sports and orthopedic physical therapist, and own a physical therapy practice in Swampscott, Massachusetts. I have 3 kids ages 4 through 9. My current competitive outlet is racing my 25 foot sailboat Dynamo out of Marblehead, Massachusetts.
