Recreational cyclist with a renewed enthusiasm this year... A typical easy ride is around 15 miles, and I commute about that far to work 4 days a week or more. 30-45 mile rides happen fairly frequently. I did my first century event in October 2007. My next century will be the 2009 LIVESTRONG Challenge near Philadelphia, Pa.
