What's up? I'm Jeremy. I love running but wish I had more time and daylight to do it.

In 2002, I did my first triathlon and loved it. I want to do another one or more. I also ran the 2002 Top of Utah Marathon in 3:09 and qualified for Boston.

After the marathon I got married and have had a hard time keeping up with the running. I have done a few 5Ks and 10Ks over the past 6 years, but I never got into very good shape for them.

Now I have become more determined to run regularly. I have decided that it is better to sacrifice sleep than to sacrifice time with my son in the evenings, so I get up early to do most of my workouts.

Anyhow, I'm on here because I need to track my progress to see that what I am doing is paying off. My best friend is getting married this year and for his bachelor party we are going to try to do a 21 mile run in the Grand Canyon. I want to be there for him on that. It sounds like fun... painful, but fun.
