Just your average joe. A friend of mine is big into the tri thing and the workouts seem fun so I started joining him on his rides and runs... don't like the whole swimming in a lake thing but I don't have to do that as I don't compete, except with myself... weird that I teach scuba diving but don't like the swimming part of the tri's... go figure.. anyway just havin' some fun with the workouts
