Started as a 400M runner as a kid, my PE teacher said I had talent when for fun we raced our PE teachers at the school sports day and I won by about 50m while running over 400m. Essex Champion over 400m for 4 years and also won the 200m in 85. Silver in the U20s indoor over 400m and Southern Counties runnerup over 400m clocking up a PB of 48.75 As I've got older I've started road running and since coming to Australia- bush running which I love. Best time for a Marathon - Paris 06 in 2:48 Half: 1:16 Essex Brendwood. Do a lot more cross training as now I'm a life guard here in Manly at North Steyne, so I do a lot of swimming. Like to have one more crack at a Marathon and get under 3:30 If you're ever in Sydney and you want to go for a run just email me. I also run for Sydney Sriders and when I was in the UK I ran for North Herts Road Runners two of the best road running clubs in the world. And for the record one of the best track clubs is Newham and Essex Beagles, which I started out at.
