Restarted cycling in Tucson Arizona after El Tour de Tucson XXIV (24) to ride the complete 109 mile ride in El Tour de Tucson XXV (25). Have ridden in several states and countries. Started riding over 30 years ago. Interested in road cycling and how hypoglycemics prepare for long (50 mile/80km) rides and how to better keep my energy levels up. Interested in paceline training.
