H0; L26; I26; had to push it just a little bit as I was fighting light; cloudy so darker earlier on top of DST ending; had light on and reflective stuff, but still; kept cadence high just about everywhere so felt pretty good about that; got real hungry at like 20 minutes in; downed 24oz of homemade banana, milk, ice and Myoplex once home, and some raisins, that helped; tough riding today after back-to-back racing, but very good work all in all; |
