For time: 50 pull-ups, 60 burpees, 70 OH presses (Rx 15 lbs), 80 superman back extensions (on equipment), 90 situps, 100 lunges (had to modify to air squats; still can't do a lunge with my right foot). Time: 22:21.
This was REALLY tough. Almost puked a few times. Learned a lot today, though. I partitioned the workout, meaning I did half of the required reps in round one and then finished the rest in round two. |
