Good workout, 10 min warm up, and then 10 minutes of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. (HR mid 170s) 5 min tempo, 5 minutes a bit more effort, and then 10 min of intervals again. Followed by 5 min harder tempo effort. Then felt good, so slowly ramped it up. Felt like I could keep upping the resistance and keep going. Got up into the mid 180s, and kept feeling stronger. Felt good. 25 min in zone, 10 min below, 25 min above. |
