    I am training for the scotia 1/2 marathon. My goal is 1:50. I live in the upper middle and Neyagawa area. please e-mail me at lgoodwin@cogeco.ca if you are interested in training with me. I run 3 times a week. Tues night, Thursday night and Sunday morning.
