Hi
I don't seem to be able to ever save a run or ride. I always get the following message;
Save Error
An error occured while saving. Please amke sure you have network access, and have the correct login credentials set. etc etc
I have 4-5 bars of 3g reception, and am using the same login that I use on this website.
I'd really like to get this working can anyone help?

Hi Steve-
I'm sorry to hear about your troubles and I'd like to try and help.
When you set your username and password in the "settings" section, do you see the "account verified" alert? Also, are you able to see your my training section?
same problem here on 2 new iphone 3gs- accts are verif and reset app and still getting a save error. has anyone fixed this problem?
thanks
I have the same issue trying to save workouts to the website with the iPhone app. It is worse now since the OS 3.0 update.
I can get into the website, see workout history, etc. but can not save new workouts. It is really frustrating especially for a paid app (iMapMyFitness+).
I was getting this message until I turned off the Wi-Fi. I have also experienced extermely frustrating problems saving workouts in a non-3G (E) zone. It saves my ride, but not my workout data. So, each time I try to save a workout for the TDF challenge I get a new ride on my account but no workout. Finally had to go into the ride and manually create the workout. Hopefully, they will get some of these issues resolved in the short term.

I don't think that this is an issue with Apple software, I think that it is a bu with iMapMyRide.
I have never been able to save a workout (I have signed in OK on the app) whether connected via 3G or Wi-Fi.
I had this app ages ago and deleted it because of this bug. I thought I'd try again, months later, and still it fails.
Very dissapointing.
I've had this app for a while now and while I didn't use to have any problems this error that everyone is encountering above has been happening to me. It has been like this for about 6 months now. I do find a way around it which seems to work every time - basically when I finish a ride / run I press 'Stop' and try and save it once and this fails with an error, I then press the 'Home' icon in the app (not the iPhone Home button) to return to the main app screen, then if you press 'Start Recording' again it tells you that you have an unsaved workout, when I try and save it from this message it seems to work every time.
The only additional frustration I have in addition to this error is that when I press 'Stop' it doesn't actually stop and carries on counting time which affects my average speed. Obviously coupled with this error which takes a few minutes to get around at the end of every ride / run it reduces my average speed by quite a bit as it is continuing to count when I'm stationary.
There has been no update from the developers for ages (if at all), and it is quite frustrating that an appthat I really like and use regularly has faults which should be quite easy to solve!!
I too have the same problem with not being able to save my rides and I get the account verified question, my way of getting around this problem is by going down to settings and then manually logging in (with the login details that are already saved) I then am able to save my route.
It's a bit crap that no-one from the development team even posts in this discussion the news that they are trying to sort it, at least it shows that we aren't being ignored.
Come on chaps, sort it out!
