200 miles may seem like a daunting distance, but spread out over 30 days, members participating in the MapMyFitness.com Cycle 200 Miles in 30 Days Challenge need to cycle only 7 miles per day to meet the goal.
This flexible goal allows MapMyFitness.com members to compete against other participants by cycling 200 miles in any 30-day period. The 30 days must be consecutive, but members need not cycle every day. Members can measure their success against other members. MapMyFitness.com provides participating members with the site's tools, including course mapping with elevation and distance, street and topographical map viewing, and workout logging.
