This is going to be fun!! I've set myself a big target which is going to be stretching because I leave for a 12 day holiday in a weeks time. The holiday means a) more opportunity to eat b) access to alternative means of working out than normal - which is why this is going to be a challenge but I hope taking part in this will keep me honest during my holiday :)

ok mine hasnt changed much although i have added my gym workout and classes it doesnt seem to change... however all my cycling challenges are fine?

i would share the fastest pancakes that taste great and are totally clean....high in protein..

in a measuring cup or what ever is available
you need
4 eggwhites
1/3 cup of oatmeal
1 large spoon of peanut butter
and just a little cinnamon
mix together and cook...the pancakes are fast to make and cook and are really good f

Good lord....I wanted to put in to Lose 10Lbs in 30 days and now it says my goal is to weigh 10 lbs! And I have updated my daily log and it still shows no progress( I have lost 4 Lbs this week!) There is no direct update of weight on the goals page. You need to log a work out in your work out log and then click the arrow by "update profile weight." It will update you when you return to the goals page after logging the work out.
