Bike Ride Description
A nice short climb from downtown San Jose. This is a backwards version of the Sierra road climb, so it is quite a bit easier. Very do-able on a fixed gear- 65 gear inches. When you get to Zanker and Holger, take the bike path that follows the 237 until you get to McCarthy Blvd. Then you go straight through the intersection and will end up on Calaveras (though it looks like you're getting on a freeway). Take Calaveras all the way through Milpitas.
