Run Description
Sidewalks and traffic until you hit the trail next to the river. Flat. If I were to do a 12 miler again, I'd probably run down Chapman first to the trail and then do the majority of the run on the trail. I'm not sure how far it goes South, but I saw a 13 mile marker on the trail, so you can get some miles off of it. Not a ton of shade though.. at least the parts I ran.
