Run Description
Easy run or bike on large bike path. Residential and Commercial areas. Path is paved like road (not sidewalk). There is a series of workout equipment along the path on this route. It also connects to a larger bike path that goes through Heathrow, Longwood and Altamonte Springs.

Crosses a few residential intersections where drivers don't always look so be careful. Can get hot during summer months with no shade but there are a few waterfountains and benches along the path (also dog fountains).

Starting point and parking is hidden behind Welcome to Lake Mary sign. There is a little stand there as well.
