still not sure about HRM stats, need a new strap badly; cross practice; ass cold out (30s) and forgot one glove; borrowed Adrian Gram's gloves, thankfully; rode ok; I clearly did not have the punch on the straights; training is catching up with me; but I'm glad I sacked up and went out there; didn't do 2nd half of race; I'm always flat and it was a 'relay', so people would've been counting on me to do well...not gonna happen; spun out to 10 miles; HR was pretty pegged the whole time, though I doubt I hit 187; definitely a hard workout; skills were questionable due to exertion and fatigue; nice end to training block |
