8 Mile Head Torch Run. 23rd Jan 6.30pm
Louth AC 13km Off Road Night Training Run, (with the option to cut short en route, making a 10km route). Head Torch & High Viz Required, Wednesday 23rd Jan at 6.30pm. Meeting at the Black Horse, in Donington on Bain. Everyone welcome (including non members). It will be a steady pace so we can all keep together. For more energetic runners, there is the option of putting in a few efforts along the way, then loop back to the main pack. I will have a few maps with the route marked out, for any confident map readers/runners wanting to get round the course faster than the main pack.
